Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by our partner Tapstitch, we offer returns and replacements under the conditions outlined below:
To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- In their original condition and packaging
We do not accept returns of worn, used, altered, or washed items.
We currently accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong item received
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Major print error
📌 You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Shipping delays are beyond our control
All products are made to order, so we’re unable to offer returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Please email us at abbiejoygospelcollective@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to confirm we've received your request and are reviewing the issue.
Because our products are fulfilled through a production partner, please allow 7–12 business days for us to complete the review and get back to you with the final outcome.
We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout the process.
Return Shipping
In most cases, we do not require items to be returned if the issue can be verified with photos. If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions via email.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We do not offer prepaid return labels or freight-to-collect (FTC) returns
Processing Time
If your return or refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
